ALI is Now Aligned With Roving Coach International and Tilt

In September 2009, Colleen spoke about gaining at seat at the table at the Fall conference of North Carolina Women In Technology International. Here’s what the Regional Vice President of that association had to say:

“I highly recommend Colleen as a speaker at any event in which the goal is to motivate the audience to take action through practical steps and examples.

Colleen was one of the speakers at WITI Research Triangle Park’s SMART Networking Fall Professional Development event in September 2009. She spoke on the topic, “Gaining a Seat at the Table, Increasing Your Visibility and Influence”.

Colleen provided clear suggestions. Develop a plan. Determine who the decision makers are who can help us reach our goals. Then find out what is important to these decision makers. Then approach the decision makers and make them an offer that will help us reach our goals and help the decision maker with something that is important to them. The goals I have taken away are to brag and to blog, both of which I will do through my newly-created website.”
