Catherine has worked in the power generation and electrical manufacturing industries for over 20 years across marketing, product management, and supply chain. A natural connector, she specializes in cross – business change management and integration leadership and enjoys growing newly formed and diverse teams. She enjoys running, yoga, travel, and gourmet adventures with friends and family – including her sons, ages 14 and 16.
Alexis Maule

Alexis Cepeda Maule is the CEO and Founder of ACM Advisory, working with high-potential brands including Eberjey, Christy’s, Kimeze, Universal Music Group Hotels, Toni & Guy, and Fete to drive international expansion, operational excellence, and brand
transformation. She currently serves as Interim CEO Advisor at The Board, advises The Nold and serves on the Board of Trustees for Dress for Success of Greater London.
Formerly Head of North America at YOOX NET-A-PORTER and Managing Director for UK & Europe at sustainable fashion brand Reformation, she has also held senior roles at NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER, and YNAP Group. A Harvard and Stanford MBA graduate, she serves on advisory boards and has been recognized by Vogue Business, the Financial Times, and the Black British Business Awards for her leadership and impact.
Nichola Costello

Nichola Costello is Director, Head of Transfer Agency at Ogier Global based in Dublin, Ireland. Nichola is a senior financial services professional with over 25 years’ experience in financial services. She possesses in – depth expertise in client relationship management, transfer agency, fund management company operations and administration services, custody services, as well as operational process improvement, change management and strategic planning. In her leadership role, Nichola places a strong emphasis on team development, fostering an environment where continuous learning and excellence are encouraged. She believes that a knowledgeable and motivated team is crucial to delivering exceptional service to clients.
Nichola holds a BA (Hons) in Financial Services awarded by Liverpool John Moore’s University & Dublin Business School. Throughout my 16 years working as an Executive Coach and Transformational Facilitator I have had the joy of touching the lives of over 150 intact teams and 500 individual leaders across numerous sectors and countries across the globe.
While I am known as a “Rebel with a Good Cause,” the main cause I believe in is Role Model Leadership, it is in being what we want to create more of that our real power is found. This is why I do what I do, and why I love doing it.
