Barrett Values Centre® provides powerful metrics that enable leaders to measure and manage the cultures of their organisations, and the leadership development needs of their managers and leaders. The core products of the organisation are the Cultural Transformation Tools® (CTT). Otto Scharmer is a Senior Lecturer at MIT, a Thousand Talents Program Professor at Tsinghua University, Beijing, and co-founder of the Presencing Institute. He chairs the MIT IDEAS program for cross-sector innovation that helps leaders from business, government, civil society to innovate at the level of the whole system. He is author of Theory U (translated into 20 languages) and co-author of Leading from the Emerging Future, that outlines eight acupuncture points of transforming capitalism.

The Center for Nonviolent Communication
Nonviolent Communication contains nothing new. It is based on historical principles of nonviolence– the natural state of compassion when no violence is present in the heart. NVC reminds us what we already instinctively know about how good it feels to authentically connect to another human being.

Movement arts have always been a part of Jill’s life. Perhaps it all began when she was a wee girl, practicing her own form of acrobatics around the house — most often in an attempt to get the attention of her older brothers. Since then, the style and intention have changed dramatically, but the innate desire to physically express the energy of the life and Light within remains the same.

Richard Strozzi-Heckler, PhD
Richard Strozzi-Heckler, PhD is founder and Co-Director of Methodology at Strozzi Institute. He has spent over four decades researching, developing and teaching Somatics to business leaders, executive managers, teams from Fortune 500 companies, NGOs, technology start-ups, non-profits, the U.S. government and military. He was named one of the Top 50 Executive Coaches in The Art and Practice of Leadership Coaching, and in Profiles in Coaching.
